Suffolk Downs is an important project that will help define Boston’s future. This webinar will identify future opportunities for Massachusetts Building Congress and Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts members, as well as the AEC community at large. Don’t miss it.....
The HYM Investment Group’s vision for Suffolk Downs has been planned around the goals of connectivity and accessibility. The design is arranged around a strong open space and public realm framework that provides an opportunity to reconnect the East Boston and Revere neighborhoods that surround Suffolk Downs. The redevelopment will create a new neighborhood with an active, lively and appropriate mix of uses (including life science/lab, commercial office, residential, retail, hotel, and other uses), connected and supported by new publicly-accessible open space, neighborhood retail, and civic spaces. The redevelopment of Suffolk Downs provides a unique opportunity to create an engaging open space system, create additional housing, spur economic development, and improve connections between several adjoining neighborhoods as well as the surrounding waterfront, open space and other natural amenities.
