Bradley Hodges, PE, LEED AP, CxAPrincipal, Director of Science, Technology, & Manufacturing Practice, SMRT Architects and Engineers. Brad began his career in Boston in 1991 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Ten years later, Brad joined SMRT. A licensed fire protection engineer, Brad has held a number of leadership positions at SMRT including Mechanical and Commissioning Group Leader. Brad is a member of SMRT’s board of directors and currently leads SMRT’s Science, Technology & Manufacturing market sector, working with clients to advance research and grow their businesses. Outside work, Brad enjoys spending time with family, outdoors and at camp.
Brian Hamilton,Director of Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consigli Construction. Brian provides executive oversight and guidance to Consigli's pre-construction and construction teams on healthcare and life sciences projects. Since joining Consigli 19 years ago, Brian has spearheaded efforts on high profile and logistically complex life science projects. His experience ranges from renovations to additions including working with clients such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, AbbVie, Ipsen Bioscience, SmartLabs and BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
John C. Cannistraro, Jr., President, Cannistraro, Boston’s largest mechanical construction firm specializing in plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and sheet metal services for commercial and institutional projects. Founded in 1963, Cannistraro is led by its second generation of family ownership overseeing 700 employees, including members of the family’s third generation. John provides the company with a strategic direction by empowering its people to utilize innovative technologies and best practices within the construction industry. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, holds a Master Plumber’s License in Massachusetts, and is a graduate of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.
