    Bulfinch Crossing
    Event Description:

    Thomas N. O'Brien,
Founding Partner & Managing Director, of The HYM Investment Group and his team will present the latest news on the Bulfinch Crossing Development and other projects in planning. This 4.8-acre transformation in the center of downtown Boston will create six new high-rise and mid-rise buildings – featuring unparalleled 360˚ views overlooking Boston Harbor, North End, the Financial District, Back Bay, and the Charles River. The iconic 1M square-foot office tower will be a dramatic addition to the Boston skyline. With over 800 residential units, and a vibrant new net-zero energy pedestrian public square, Bulfinch Crossing will reconnect Boston neighborhoods and propel this heavily transit-served site forward into a 21st century  center.  The HYM Investment Group is also developing Suffolk Downs, a 161-acre site which will reconnect the East Boston and Revere neighborhoods that surround the underutilized horse racing facility. The redevelopment will create a new neighborhood with an active, lively and appropriate mix of uses (including retail, residential, office, lab, hotel, and other uses), connected and supported by new publicly-accessible open space, neighborhood retail, and civic spaces.
